Retum and Refund Policy

At HONG KONG DELICE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Underwear, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or altered by the customer

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our customer service team will provide return instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement or full refund.
